Most technology companies start with a product and look for a problem to solve. We work the other way. Every platform in the Stellar iDea Labs portfolio started with a specific, documented pain point in an industry where the incumbent software is either decades old or simply doesn't exist.

Our incubator model combines domain-expert founders, a centralized AI and engineering capability, and a disciplined go-to-market process. Each venture moves through the same four-phase pipeline: discovery, architecture, platform build, and commercial deployment.
